Most repairs are completed in 1-2 weeks. Simple ring resizing can be done in a few days at most locations. Laser repair, stone replacement, and restoration work may take longer. We provide a clear timeline with your estimate.
Most rings in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum can be sized up or down. Eternity bands set all the way around have resizing limitations. Tungsten and titanium rings cannot be resized. Bring it in for a free assessment.
Yes. We repair all fine jewelry regardless of where it was purchased, the brand, or the age of the piece.
Yes. We source replacement diamonds and gemstones matched to your existing stone cut, color, clarity, and carat weight as closely as possible. Bring in the setting and we will show you options.
Rhodium is the bright white coating applied to white gold jewelry at manufacture. It typically wears in 12-24 months with daily use. If your white gold looks dull or slightly warm, it is ready to be replated. Replating takes 1-3 business days.
Yes. We restring pearl and bead necklaces and bracelets, including add-a-pearl styles. We use new silk or nylon cord with individual knotting between pearls. Free estimate available.
