Cost depends on the repair type, metal, and complexity. Ring resizing starts at a flat rate per size change. Prong retipping is priced per prong. We provide a free written estimate at all locations so you know the exact cost before we begin any work.
Most repairs are completed in 1-2 weeks. Simple ring resizing can be done in a few days at most locations. Laser repair, stone replacement, and restoration work may take longer. We provide a clear timeline with your estimate.
Most rings in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum can be sized up or down. Eternity bands set all the way around have resizing limitations. Tungsten and titanium rings cannot be resized. Bring it in for a free assessment.
Yes. We repair all fine jewelry regardless of where it was purchased, the brand, or the age of the piece.
Yes. We source replacement diamonds and gemstones matched to your existing stone cut, color, clarity, and carat weight as closely as possible. Bring in the setting and we will show you options.
Rhodium is the bright white coating applied to white gold jewelry at manufacture. It typically wears in 12-24 months with daily use. If your white gold looks dull or slightly warm, it is ready to be replated. Replating takes 1-3 business days.
Yes. We restring pearl and bead necklaces and bracelets, including add-a-pearl styles. We use new silk or nylon cord with individual knotting between pearls. Free estimate available.
Yes. Restoration is one of our specialties. We have restored pieces from the 1920s, rings damaged in accidents, and jewelry others refused to take on. Laser repair allows us to safely work on fragile and intricate pieces.
Yes. Laser repair allows precision work on fine chains, intricate settings, and delicate pieces that cannot handle traditional soldering heat. It minimizes risk to surrounding gemstones and adjacent metalwork.
