Our Policies…

We will be happy to accept Returns and Exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided:

  • All refunds and exchanges are accompanied by sales slip.

  • Merchandise is in saleable condition and in original packaging.

  • There will be a $35.00 charge for any check returned to us by the bank.

  • Any purchases made with cash or personal check will be refunded by company check issued within 10 working days.

  • No refunds or exchanges on any watches that have been worn or adjusted.

If you would like to place your purchase on Layaway

  • There will be a 10% down payment.

  • Minimum payments of 1/10th the original purchase price and be made every 30 days or merchandise will be returned to stock.

  • No refunds after 10 days from original layaway date.

  • There will be a minimum restocking charge of $25.00 on all cancelled layaways.

Special orders and alterations to original merchandise are final sales.

Custom Design and Special Orders are Not Returnable

  • 💎 30 Day Money Back Refund on Purchases from our stores (including Layaway Deposits)
    (Sorry we are unable to give refunds/exchanges on earrings, special orders, worn or altered merchandise)
  • 💎 Refunds over $100.00 will be processed in 10 working days and issued by Company Check.
  • 💎 All Refunds or Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied by a Brownlee’s Sales Receipt.
  • 💎 There will be a $35.00 charge for any check returned to us by the bank.
  • 💎 Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only, no refunds.
  • 💎 If merchandise is shipped out of state the customer may be liable for a state use tax.
  • 💎 There are no refunds or exchanges on watches that have been worn or adjusted. All warranty returns are subject to a minimum charge of $10.95 to cover postage and handling.

Layaway Agreement:

  • 10% Down Payment.

  • Minimum Payments of 1/10th of the original purchase price must be made within each 30 day period or merchandise will be returned to stock.

  • Layaways will be held no longer than six months.

  • After 30 days: Cancelled Layaways are subject to a $25.00 Restocking Fee per item.

  • Balance due is for merchandise or in-store credit only. Credit Good for one year only.
