Every Christmas while growing up my Dad would get Mom's present at Brownlee Jewelers. My Dad is gone now but Mom is still here. She is now 83. She lost a watch Dad had given her and wanted to get another. I took her to Wal-Mart to look. She lookedat 2 and said, " I want to go to Brownlee's. I took her to the Park Rd. Store where we met Ralando. Very very helpful. Mom gave him a price range and he found the perfect watch for her at 1/2 the price she said. It is beautiful and Ralando was so professional and just a really nice man. His Customer Service skills are out of this world!!!! I will always recommend Brownlee Jewelers to everyone.

What an amazing experience we had at Brownlee - Arboretum. Our salesperson, Jenifer Deese, was so knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She encouraged my husband and I to get informed and shop around before deciding on an upgraded wedding ring. We kept coming back to Brownlee, and we are ecstatic overthe ring that we finally selected. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and the value is just unbelievable. We are now dedicated Brownlee customers and will be back in the future for all of our jewelry and timepiece needs! JOB WELL DONE!

I had a phenomenal experience at Brownlee Jewelers in Concord. I originally went into the store to have my wedding bands resized. Unbeknownst to be, my husband went in just a few minutes after I left to order me a new wedding ring set, as a total surprise. I wasbreathless when I returned to pick up my rings that had been left for resizing and was presented with a brand new wedding set! Ivan presented me with the ring and I thought he had accidentally given my someone else's ring. India did a great job supporting my husband in selecting a ring that she thought would be pleasing to me, based upon a single encounter (and I must admit, I can be picky). She nailed it! Both India and Ivan were instrumental in synchronizing the timing for the new ring to be ready when I returned to pick up the ring left for resizing. I was blown away at how they worked with my husband to bring this amazing surprise to fruition. Absolute Superior Customer Care!!

My husband and I love shopping at Brownlee Jewelers! We've had great experiences at many different locations, and their prices on diamonds can't be beat. Bailey at the Park Road store and Samantha at the Rivergate store are both so helpful in all regards. I recommend either of those twoladies to everyone!

I have shopped at Brownlee in Rock Hill for at least Twenty or Twenty five years,They have always went over and Beyond to help me, I have bought everything from them from diamonds to watch batteries and nobody has never been anything but wonderful to me!!! I have broke mydiamond ring so many times working in retail, that my husband bought me a new one about five years ago!!!Just about three months ago I had my old ring which means the world to me reset,we looked Thur book after book until I found the right setting!!! So they are the best people to help you!!! Nobody there has ever been rude to me!!!!! I love shopping there!!!

I recently went to the new Concord location and had a wonderful experience. All the employees were great but Ivan worked with me on both occasions. He was exemplary. Ivan was so knowledgeable and courteous. On the second visit he even remembered a special piece of jewelry I'd been admiringweeks earlier. Great location, service and lots of merchandise.

The customer service is excellent at the Brownlee Jewelers on University City Blvd. Meric Beyazyurek and all the others that work there are wonderful. They have done several watch repairs for me. Their prices are so reasonable. I definitely recommend Brownlee Jewelers....
